About this anchor

An anchor transfers load from a fixture into masonry or concrete, expanding or bonding against the drilled hole so the fixing develops its strength from the base material. Used for racking, handrails, façades, plant and machinery bases, and any fixing into brick, block or concrete that has to take a working load.
A2-70 is 304 stainless, cold worked to a 700 MPa minimum tensile and 450 MPa 0.2% proof stress. It is the default stainless grade for general purpose bolts and screws.
M8 is a metric thread with an 8 mm nominal diameter and a coarse pitch of 1.25 mm (ISO 261). A standard hex head takes a 13 mm spanner across the flats.
