About this DIN 933 bolt
This is a bolt made to DIN 933, in PA66 Nylon, at strength class PA66, supplied white, with an M16 thread and a 90 mm length. Every dimension is stated against the standard named above; where a tolerance class matters to your design, ask us and we will confirm it in writing before you order.
A bolt passes through the parts it joins and is closed with a nut, so the joint is held by the clamp load the tightened bolt develops rather than by the shank itself. Bolts of this type are used on structural steelwork, machine frames, brackets, flanges and pipework — anywhere the joint has to come apart again for maintenance.
DIN 933 is the same part as ISO ISO 4017, GB/T GB/T 5783, GOST GOST 7798-70 / 7805-70. Check the head geometry, the key size and the tolerances before substituting one for another — those do differ between systems.
